Two strange things happened to me yesterday - firstly I was listening to that stupid pop-quizz thing on the radio - you know the one where the people who ring-in never know any of the most blindingly obvious answers - and there was a question about a Kylie song from years ago. I didn't have a clue who did the original...as usual talking to myself in the car whilst driving along...and said the first female artist that came into my mind...for some obscure reason Donna Summer (don't ask me why)! And would you believe that was the answer? Did my unconscious mind actually know the answer? Or was it just a fluke? Wierd. Anyway, about an hour later I was in the gym - now the music selection they play in there is not usually good - I get kinda bored of listening to Robbie over and over so bring my own music ....anyway I got bored of my normal selection of songs and switched my mp3 over to 'random'. Now my taste in music is very random too - so out of about 270 songs (yep - I'm too lazy to load any more on at the moment) anything could pop up from Phil Collins to Kate Bush. And would you believe that about 5 mins into my workout both the gym stereo and my mp3 started with that Fleetwood Mac number "second hand news" - within a few seconds of each other. Now Ok you mathematicians out there - what are the chances of that happening? It must be millions and millions to one???!!! It was very creepy - my friend reckons I should go out and buy a lottery ticket immerdiately!
